Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-demand periods (e.g., holiday seasons, launches), or due to unforeseen circumstances (employee sickness), processing times may be slightly longer. If your item is not in stock this can also increase the processing time, however this is usually only by 1-2 business days, if it is longer, we’ll contact you directly.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

We offer standard shipping through Australia Post and local couriers, with delivery times typically between 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

We offer express shipping through Australia Post and local couriers, with delivery times typically between 1–4 business days, depending on your location.

*Choosing Express Shipping only speeds up the delivery time once your order has been dispatched. It does not shorten our standard processing time. If you require your order to be processed urgently, please contact us before placing your order to check if we can accommodate your request.

Local Pickup

If you’re local to Pakenham, Vic, you can choose free local pickup at checkout. We'll send a ready for pick up email to you with our store open hours when your order is ready to be collected. Usually ready in 2-4 business days.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Packaging

We take great care in packing your items to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We will repurpose our suppliers boxes and packaging materials to save the environment. 

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please email us on info@theartistwarehouse.com.au within 3 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If it is damaged via the postal/courier delivery system, we will need to provide evidence to our third party providers (eg Australia Post). Our third party providers require pictures of the damage before the parcel is opened and of the contents damaged. Please ensure you take these photos and share them in your email to us.
