Sakura Pigma Micron Pens
The Sakura Pigma Micron Pen is the first fine-point writing instrument offering a water-proof, quick drying, black pigment ink. They are ideal for technical drawing, anime, manga, graphics, drafting and fine line illustration. Unlike dye-based ink found in most pens and markers, Pigma pigment ink is of archival quality, waterproof, fadeproof and smudgeproof on porous surfaces when dry. It does not feather and will not bleed through paper. Excellent copy machine reproduction.
They contain water-resistant pigment based archival ink which is distributed evenly across the paper consistently. The needle-shaped nylon nib also offers you precision and a reliable performance. They are also available in a variety of the different sizes which enables you to select the right tool for the right job.
The Sakura Pigma Micron Pens are suitable for hand lettering, bullet journaling and all types of drawing including illustration, graphic design, technical design and drafting. They are commonly used for shadows, stippling, hatching, outline drawings or any fine detailed work. Sakura Pigma Micron Pens are also suitable for use with drafting rulers and templates.
Use sizes 005 & 02 for outlining, details and light shadows, sizes 02, 03 and 05 to deepen and enhance details or shadows then sizes 05 and 08 for heavier bold outlines or shadows. In comparison the Sakura Pigma Micron Brush Pen has a flexible tip enabling you to create variable line widths simply by applying different pressure. This versatile pen is ideal for drawing and shading.
