These great easy to use PanPastel Pearlescents kits are rich in lustrous colors which can be mixed with each other and also with the original Pan Pastel Colors.
The different sets are a mix of all Pearlescent Colors & Pearlescent Mediums in a palette tray with extra Sofft Tools. Pearlescents can be used on their own or mixed with the original colors for custom pearl & sparkle effects.
